Account Director

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Lely Atlantic Ltd. (UK & IRL). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the successful execution of our sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive sales performance, identify opportunities, and implement effective strategies to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our services and products, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform our sales strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market intelligence to inform future decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
