About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Support Associate to join our team at Blink - The Employee App. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and guidance as they onboard our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support to customers during the implementation phase, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with our implementation team to configure and customize our platform to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for customer champions and managers, empowering them to effectively utilize our platform.
  • Offer post-launch support to ensure our platform is fully operational and meets customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or B2C SaaS company.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to make decisions, exercise good judgment, and work collaboratively as part of a high-functioning team.
