This Learning and Behaviour Coach role involves working in a SEND School setting, providing support to students with challenging behaviours and helping them to achieve their academic and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing individualised behaviour plans in collaboration with teachers.
  • Providing targeted support to students to address specific behavioural challenges.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student behaviour and progress.
  • Facilitating group sessions to promote essential life skills.
  • Building relationships with external agencies to access additional support services.
  • Staying up-to-date on best practices in behaviour management.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with students with SEMH Needs.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based behaviour management strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep understanding of special educational needs.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
