Behaviour Coach

RIBBONS AND REEVES is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support students in overcoming behavioural challenges at our Secondary school in Hillingdon.
This full-time Behaviour Mentor role is an ideal opportunity to make a real difference in students' lives and develop your skills in a supportive, dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include developing strategies to address behavioural barriers to learning, promoting positive relationships and a culture of respect, and working alongside Teachers and the pastoral team to implement tailored support plans.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Psychology (or similar field) and be eager to apply their knowledge in a school setting.
They will also be motivated by the challenge of supporting young people through behavioural and emotional difficulties, and possess excellent communication skills to build strong, trusting relationships with students, staff, and parents.
We estimate the salary for this Behaviour Mentor position to be £24,000 per annum, although this may vary depending on experience.
