Workpoint Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team. As a key member of the commercial property experts, you will be responsible for managing various projects in the industrial and trade counter sectors. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in vendor surveys, disposal surveys, condition surveys, building pathology, and technical due diligence. A competitive salary of £55,000 per annum (negotiable) and a range of benefits make this a compelling opportunity.

This role can be based at the Head Office in Stockport or may involve fieldwork. Your experience with CAD software, scheduling of works, and tendering will be invaluable assets to the team.
