Pear Recruitment is seeking a skilled Property Manager to join their team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 80 properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Salary and Job RequirementsThe salary for this position is estimated to be between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of 80 properties
- Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with property management law
- Process insurance claims and approve invoices
- Arrange gas and electrical safety checks
- Negotiate deposit returns
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Arla Qualification (advantageous)
- A driver with own vehicle
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Firm knowledge of all property management law
- Excellent team player with the ability to work independently
- Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with exceptional diary management skills
- Highly motivated and positive with a 'can-do' attitude
