The key responsibilities of this position include:
  • Conducting routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical and plumbing systems.
  • Diagnosing and resolving faults in HVAC, drainage, and water systems promptly.
  • Installing, repairing, and upgrading mechanical equipment such as boilers, chillers, and air conditioning units.
  • Working collaboratively with an electrical engineer and other team members.
  • Participating in a 1-in-4 callout rota for emergency support.
