We are seeking a skilled Baler Operative to join our team at our Ipswich site. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our baler and fixed plant equipment.
The successful candidate will have experience of operating fixed plant within an industrial environment and a proactive approach to maintaining good 5S standards. You will also be responsible for completing company paperwork, including daily bale counts and defect checks.
Key Responsibilities- Operate baler and fixed plant equipment to meet production targets
- Maintain good 5S standards in and around the baler area
- Complete company paperwork, including daily bale counts and defect checks
- Work to company health and safety standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of operating fixed plant within an industrial environment
- A proactive approach to maintaining good 5S standards
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Awareness of health and safety regulations
