Your Role:
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project to agreed targets, such as programme, budget, and quality, identifying and agreeing project objectives and developing a strategy for achieving these. This will involve leading the project team, managing any matters that could pose a potential contractual/commercial risk to AtkinsRéalis, and identifying opportunities. You will also be responsible for assembling and owning the project delivery programme and delivery plans, protecting the commercial interest of AtkinsRéalis.

With your strong understanding of project management methodologies, construction contracts, and BIM, you will be well-suited to manage complex programmes and ensure timely and accurate invoicing and effective credit control. The estimated salary for this position is around $90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering schemes to budget and programme through RIBA Stages 0-7 (or the sector equivalent)
  2. Managing the project team and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
  3. Protecting the commercial interest of AtkinsRéalis
  4. Identifying and managing any matters that could pose a potential contractual/commercial risk to AtkinsRéalis
