Job Opportunity
We are currently seeking a skilled Care Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. This includes developing personalized care plans, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant qualification in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) and experience working in a care setting, preferably with vulnerable adults. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

What We Offer
In addition to a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, we offer ongoing training and development opportunities, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and regular feedback and appraisal.
