Elevate your career as a CRM Analyst with Evolve Selection Ltd, a leading recruitment and outsourcing organisation in the Pharmaceutical industry. In this exciting 6-month contract role, you'll take charge of analysing and optimising the company's CRM system, uncovering valuable customer insights, identifying key trends, and ensuring data accuracy.

About the Role

As a CRM Analyst, you'll provide day-to-day operation support, including troubleshooting, triage, problem-solving, and escalating issues and incidents to relevant personnel. You'll also define and perform data quality analysis, identifying data quality issues and providing potential solutions to resolve them.

Requirements

  • Must have previous experience of working within the Pharmaceutical industry (at least 5 years)
  • Experience of working directly with Veeva
  • Experience with analytics tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Excel etc.
