Job Title: Data Analyst

Join our team at British Coatings Federation as a Data Analyst and contribute to the success of our UKI business.

Job Purpose

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and completeness of master data maintained covering the area of packaging waste. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with colleagues to respond to customer data requests, delivering efficient data solutions, and managing and delivering on our packaging data obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to respond to customer data requests and deliver efficient data solutions.
  • Manage Packaging Data: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of packaging data, including identifying and managing data compliance.
  • Implement Changes: Implement agreed changes to master data procedures in line with changing business/global requirements.
  • Provide Data Insights: Provide data information to help inform the business in areas like sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Improve Data Processes: Suggest improvements to master data and master data processes.
Requirements
  • SAP Master Data Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SAP master data, including FINI, BOM, SEFI, PACK, RAW, and PIR.
  • Data Experience: Experience working with large sets of data and developing complex analysis and reports.
  • Project Management: Experience with project management and delivering results.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent Excel knowledge and experience with SQL, PowerBI, Winshuttle, and MDG.
