Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Actalent.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Share weekly detailed status reports on project status at different granularities: country level and Delivery Station level
  • Coordinate with engineering POC, Delivery station Ops, and maintenance teams on appropriate time to conduct site surveys and follow up with installation vendor to go on site, if required
  • Validate the project plan shared by any third parties (including possible installers) and follow up to align on final execution timelines
  • Coordinate with third parties to get building permit (etc), if required for the project
  • Share confirmation on material receipts and capture relevant handover documentation from suppliers and installers
  • Follow health and safety procedures, coordinate for permit to work process and installers adherence to local regulations
  • Organize kick off meetings with cross functional teams and third parties
  • Fill in installation checklists detailing the requested work on site (list will be provided)
  • Escalate within appropriate time to Engineering PM, any issues/deviations
  • Collect asset list and relevant documentation from installer
  • Share snag list with maintenance team and follow up to close topics
  • Share pictures along all the above-mentioned project stages, wherever relevant
  • Collect all handover documents, reports, pictures in SE defined format and share with Engineering PM
  • Coordinate with maintenance team to upload spare parts, commissioning documents in relevant systems
