Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced dealer to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Bolton. As a skilled dealer, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through live gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all players.
  • Understand and explain the games, payouts, and benefits to customers, including our loyalty program.
  • Work collaboratively with the gaming supervisor to meet table demand and deliver excellent service on the gaming floor.
  • Be aware of and promote responsible gaming practices, identifying signs of problem gambling and reporting to a manager.

Requirements

  • A valid Personal Licence Holder (PLH) qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
