We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Redhill. This role is ideal for individuals who have a genuine passion for helping students with special educational needs (SEN) overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to students with SEN, promoting their independence and self-confidence.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs), ensuring each student receives the best possible support.
  • Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What You Will Need:
  • Experience working with students with SEN (previous classroom experience preferred).
  • A genuine passion for helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
