Are you a Senior Nursery Room Manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced childcare professional to join our team at Busy Bees Reading Holme Park Nursery.
As a Senior Room Manager, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education to our children. You will be responsible for ensuring that every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take ownership of the observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS. You will also be responsible for ensuring that we encourage and praise children's development and achievements while guiding, coaching, and managing our team of practitioners.
To be successful in this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.

Some of the things you will do as a Senior Room Leader at Busy Bees:
* To be the 3rd in charge at the nursery working close with the nursery management team
* As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs
* Take ownership of the observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps as well as supporting the staff team
* Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements while guiding, coaching, and managing our team of practitioners
