About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Reading Holme Park Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education to our children.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for all children and staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided to our children.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A Level 3 Childcare qualification.Previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader or Manager.Excellent leadership and management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for delivering high-quality care and education to children.
