Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sports Sales Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.

About the Role:

  1. Customer Service: You will be the face of our brand, providing a warm and welcoming experience for all customers. You will be responsible for answering customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every customer leaves our store happy.
  2. Merchandising: You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of merchandising standards, ensuring that our store looks its best at all times. This includes managing stock levels, pricing, and visual merchandising.
  3. Team Player: You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working together to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Maintain a high level of merchandising standards, ensuring that our store looks its best at all times.
  3. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  4. Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure that our store is always looking its best.
  5. Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  2. Proven customer service experience, with a track record of providing exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  4. Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point of sale system.
  5. Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
