Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage menus that highlight local, seasonal ingredients.
  • Oversee event catering, delivering tailored menus that meet client expectations and preferences.
  • Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment while adhering to health, safety, and compliance regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Hospitality Manager and business owners to drive key objectives forward.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in developing menus that emphasize local, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience in managing kitchen budgets, controlling costs, and achieving financial targets.

Salary and Benefits:
A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, predominately daytime shifts, parking on site, excellent staff discount on wines and estate products, generous tips, and opportunities for professional development and training.
