Job Overview
As the Head of Kitchen Operations at LHR, you will lead the creation and development of menus that showcase local, seasonal ingredients. Your role involves ensuring that our dishes align with our wine experience and hospitality standards while maintaining food safety and hygiene compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage kitchen budgets to minimize wastage and control costs.
  • Oversee event catering, delivering tailored menus that meet client expectations and preferences.
  • Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment while adhering to health, safety, and compliance regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Hospitality Manager and business owners to achieve key objectives.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in creating menus that focus on local, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience in managing kitchen budgets, controlling costs, and achieving financial targets.

Benefits Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, predominantly daytime shifts, parking on site, excellent staff discount on wines and estate products, generous tips, and opportunities for professional development and training.
