About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of our reception team, providing a warm and welcoming experience for visitors and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high level of customer service to visitors and staff, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage the staff diary and ensure that it is up-to-date and accurate
  • Co-ordinate and assist with document filing, ensuring that all documents are securely stored and easily accessible
  • Support the Management Team with other administrative duties, including preparing reports and minute taking
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Highly organized and efficient, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in using a variety of computer-based systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
