Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 p.a., rising to £32,000 after 6 months, as well as a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement area strategies to drive business growth and improve instructional quality
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to franchisees to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor and analyze study centre performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Liaise with regional managers and senior leadership to address issues and concerns
  • Assist with the closure and takeover of study centres as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in education or operations, with 3-5 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
