About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Children in Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in achieving permanence for children and young people who become Looked After, ensuring they receive the support and care they need to thrive.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and the ability to work effectively with children, young people, and their families. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.
