We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced social media executive to join our team.

**Requirements**: Part-time/ flexible 9-3.30

**Location**: Outwell, Cambridgeshire

**Salary**: Dependant on experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Curating and acquiring content to share across all social media channels
- Must have experience working on TikTok and instagram
- Must have experience curating instagram social media feeds
- Video editing in adobe or within social platforms
- Experience on a design suite such as Adobe is preferable, Canva essential
- Finding influencers for gifting - managing communications of gifting
- Finding influencers for collaborations - once approved managing contract and deliverables
- Daily community management - responding to all comments on social media
- Daily community outreach - commenting on prospect customers photos/ profiles on social media
- Organising and labeling own curated content into folder
- Finding the latest trends, ideas and inspiration across all social channels and suggesting content generation ideas
- Provide comprehensive reports on social engagement and traffic analytics at daily, weekly, and monthly intervals tracking insights and demonstrating ROI to management.
- Responding to customer service queries across all channels
- Photography experience
- Other tasks as required, inclusive of working at industry events, and helping if needed with packing orders, and day to day tasks

In this role, you will be at the forefront of increasing our brand visibility and engagement across our digital platforms. You will need to create compelling content that captivates our audience, analyse its impact, and refine strategies to maximize effectiveness. You will need to be highly organized, pro-active, self-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively. Being open to learning new things and a general well-rounded knowledge of all social media platforms is essential.

**Must Have’s**:

- A LOVE for all things social media. Be Obsessed with the trends.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- The ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Be confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
