Security Operations Centre Manager

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a seasoned Security Operations Centre Manager to join our Global Security Office in London. As a trusted advisor, you will lead a team of highly skilled security professionals in delivering exceptional security services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the SOC's strategic vision, aligning it with the company's global security strategy.
- Lead and inspire a team of security professionals, cultivating a culture of excellence, discipline, and innovation.
- Establish and enforce stringent security protocols, including access control, incident reporting, and response procedures.
- Stay at the forefront of security technology, overseeing the integration of cutting-edge tools and software into SOC operations.
- Develop comprehensive crisis management plans and lead the SOC team in handling critical incidents effectively.
- Conduct ongoing risk assessments, threat analysis, and vulnerability management.
- Collaborate with regional security and IT teams, Legal team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination in the event of a security incident.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security programs that meet or exceed industry standards.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Security or related field.
- CISM or CISSP certification.
- Proven experience in security operations, threat management, and incident response.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing security threats.
