Trafford Centre Assistant Coordinator Job Description

Estimated Salary: £15.64 per hour - Full-time (35 hours per week)

About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Trafford Centre Assistant Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to users of our community centres in Trafford, England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain clean, safe, and well-presented community centres, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to the local community.
  • Identify and address maintenance or safety issues promptly, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Support the development of effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Working Schedule:

7-hour shifts between 7:30am to 8:15pm on a rota basis (Monday to Saturday, occasional evening shifts until 12:30am for ad hoc events)
