Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Freedom Group. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing site-based teams delivering substation construction and maintenance works across the SSE North DNO region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the installation of power system components, including cable systems, switchgear, transformers, busbars, and relay panels in substations operating at up to 132KV.
- Participate in the working party as required, which may involve full-time work.
- Supervise staff and subcontractors, ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
- Perform electrical work on HV equipment and hold relevant qualifications.
- Hold SMSTS qualification.
