About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Groupwork Development Officer to deliver and develop life-changing relationship and parenting courses within our Women's Estates.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to empower women to achieve positive outcomes and rebuild family ties, working closely with prison agencies and staff to facilitate programmes that make a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote groupwork and parenting courses to support the recruitment of suitable participants through assessments and outreach.
  2. Collaborate with prison staff, case managers, and key personnel to support women attending the courses.
  3. Maintain accurate records for thorough evaluation, data collection, and management.
  4. Attend key meetings to provide performance feedback and ensure programme alignment with goals.
  5. Demonstrate excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in data collection, reporting, and programme evaluation.
  6. Show a commitment to empowering individuals, especially women, to make positive life changes.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £28,350 per annum FTE (£14,175 actual earnings), reflecting the importance we place on your contribution to our organisation.
