Export Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Sales Administrator to join our team at PerkinElmer, a leading company in the industry.

Overall Role Purpose:

  1. Ensure all UK & Export customer sales orders are processed and shipped accurately and in a timely manner.

  2. Assist the Customer Services Manager when necessary with any other administrative duties relating to customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process all UK and Export customer sales orders.

  2. Allocate stock to all UK & Export despatch notes then print for shipment.

  3. Update UK despatch notes to invoices.

  4. Consolidate Export despatch notes to invoices.

  5. Prepare all Export documentation prior to arranging collections with carriers – via online platforms or via email/telephone.

  6. Prepare export documentation on the e-commerce platform with the local Chamber of Commerce.

  7. Liaise with different departments and the warehouse department when necessary.

Requirements:

  1. Have experience / an understanding of Incoterms.

  2. Have experience / an understanding of Commodity/tariff codes.

  3. Have experience / an understanding of Countries of Origin.

  4. Have experience / an understanding of Bills of Lading / Air waybills.

  5. Have experience / an understanding of Preparation of specific certificates via the local Chamber of Commerce's e-commerce platform.

  6. Knowledge of dangerous goods shipment procedures is advantageous but not essential.
