About the Role

As a Senior Clinical Expert in Complex Wound Care, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the advancement of our plastics/complex wound service. You will be responsible for assessing and treating a diverse caseload of trauma and elective patients, developing your expertise across the four pillars of advanced practice: clinical practice, education, research, and leadership/management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans for complex wound patients
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery
  • Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the development of training programs
  • Engaging in research and quality improvement initiatives to drive innovation and excellence
