Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps, tailored to each client's individual needs.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand their preferences, concerns, and contraindications, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and feedback.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and beautifully presented professional environment, including treatment rooms and equipment.
  • Assist with retail sales of spa products and recommend suitable items to clients.
  • Promote a helpful and professional image to our guests and team.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Qualified
  • Flexible and available to work where needed
  • Knowledgeable about other spa facilities and able to recommend them.
  • Able to attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in spa treatments and therapies.
  • Able to uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation, following spa protocols and industry regulations.
  • Knowledgeable about skincare, wellness practices, and aftercare, able to educate clients and enhance their spa experience.
  • Excellent people skills, able to connect with others.
