About the Role

Volkswagen Financial Services is seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Performance Insights Placement. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in launching retailer targets, refreshing sales forecasts, and distributing information to key stakeholders.
  • Work with the team to audit existing data and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure all relevant strategic sales developments are communicated to stakeholders through various platforms.
  • Create and update reports to empower the sales team with the tools they need to succeed.
  • Take ownership of personal projects that contribute to the team's overall success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be currently enrolled in a degree program in business management, economics, mathematics, or a related analytical or business-related field. You should also be IT literate with the ability to grasp new systems and skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in Excel and eager to expand their technical skills in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau. A salary of £22,250 per annum plus discretionary bonus and company pension scheme is on offer.
