Ecommerce Account Manager

About the Role:
As an eCommerce Account Manager at Thornton & Ross, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and visibility on Amazon. You will work closely with the Consumer Healthcare marketing team to develop and implement activation strategies that maximize our sales and online presence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading producer of household pharmaceutical products and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the external agency team responsible for campaign execution and the relationship with Amazon Ads team.
- Monitor and analyze campaign and budget performance data, adjusting strategies to improve results and account profitability.
- Collaborate with brand teams to create compelling ad copy and product images.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
- Support the overall e-commerce strategy and contribute to cross-channel marketing initiatives.
- Develop and activate quarterly learning agendas to ensure continuous testing and learning that advances capabilities, improves customer experience, and drives sell-through.
About You:
We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record in the FMCG sector, driving sales growth and improving ROI through Amazon advertising. You should have experience with Amazon DSP and other programmatic advertising platforms, as well as knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
