About the Role:

Thornton & Ross is seeking a skilled Ecommerce Account Manager to join our Consumer Healthcare sales team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing activation strategies to maximize sales and visibility on Amazon.

As an Ecommerce Account Manager, you will work closely with Consumer Healthcare marketing colleagues to ensure our eCommerce platforms align with our broader marketing activity and brand objectives. This will involve managing the external Agency team responsible for campaign execution, monitoring and analyzing campaign and budget performance data, and collaborating with brand teams to create compelling ad copy and product images.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with brand teams to create compelling ad copy and product images
  • Conducting competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities
  • Supporting the overall e-commerce strategy and contributing to cross-channel marketing initiatives

About You:

We are looking for a self-starter who will drive ecommerce success and best practice within the business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the FMCG sector of driving sales growth and improving ROI through Amazon advertising. They will also have experience with Amazon DSP and other programmatic advertising platforms, as well as knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
