Care Home Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

• Support residents with daily living tasks, such as food and drink, and follow individual care plans
• Provide one-to-one time for residents and engage in activities that promote their well-being
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, using your initiative to provide the best possible care for our residents.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £20,000-£26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
