Job Title: Development Assistant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Development Assistant Manager to support our Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our new build development in Norfolk, with future projects in Cambridgeshire.

This role requires a skilled professional with experience in the house building industry and knowledge of NHBC and H&S legislation. The ideal candidate will hold current CSCS, SMSTS, and first aid certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in site operations, including logistics and scheduling
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reports
  • Cooperation with site team members
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid)
  • Experience in the house building industry
  • Knowledge of NHBC and H&S legislation
