Role Summary:
Wealth Management Assistant Position

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with a team of experienced professionals in wealth management and retirement provision. As a Financial Planner Assistant, you will be responsible for providing sales support to Independent Financial Planners, managing new and existing life, pension, and investment business, and assisting with personal assistant tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Secure new business illustrations and process all new business, both online and paper-based, according to instructions from the Technical Planner.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to Company Compliance, TCF, T&C, financial crime, and anti-money laundering procedures at all times.
  3. Performance Metrics: Maintain all performance standards as required by the Company.
Key Qualifications
  1. Product Familiarity: Familiarity with a range of products offered by the Company, including pensions, investments, and life assurance.
  2. IT Literacy: Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft software packages.
  3. System Knowledge: Knowledge of back office administration systems (desirable).
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Effective telephone and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary Estimate: £39,000 - £49,000 per annum, based on experience.
