About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Arts Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will have a background in Creative Arts and be able to support children in a school environment.

The role involves building positive working relationships with pupils and utilising your knowledge of creative arts to help them get the most out of their time in education. As a Creative Arts Teaching Assistant, you will gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Support the class teacher with a modified curriculum and ensure students are engaged through creative methods.">
  3. Develop and deliver innovative arts-based projects to support pupil learning and engagement.">
  4. Build positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and other stakeholders to promote a supportive learning environment.">
  5. Promote creativity and self-expression through arts-based activities and projects.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as Fine Art, Music, Drama, or Design.">
  • Experience of working with children or young people in an educational setting.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and other stakeholders.">
  • A strong understanding of child development and learning principles.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
