Job Description

We are looking for a skilled administrative assistant to provide exceptional customer service in a full-time role.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders efficiently, including handling returns and managing customer complaints.
  • Data Entry: Update customer database with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, ecommerce, and accounts teams to ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork.
