Key Responsibilities

As a Crime Prevention Advisor, you will be responsible for carrying out fraud investigations on referrals from internal and external sources, accurately recording the value, cost, and trends in line with our Fraud Database MI recording process, and ensuring a consistent and acceptable level of service is provided to all customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, a strong passion for fighting fraud, and experience in handling complex insurance claims. You should also be knowledgeable about fraud prevention systems and have a solid understanding of building defects, construction methods, and materials.

A competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, is on offer for this exciting opportunity, along with a range of flexible benefits, including 26 days' holiday, a competitive pension scheme, and an annual bonus scheme based on company and personal performance. Additionally, you will have access to career development and training opportunities within the wider LV= General Insurance Group.
