About the Job:

Holt Recruitment Ltd is looking for a skilled Preparation Technician to work at our Accident Repair Centre in Sunbury on Thames.

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing vehicles for painting, including masking areas, primer application, and correct use of sealers. They will work with various vehicle brands, from prestige to volume models.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare vehicles for spraying by applying primer and using sealers correctly
  2. Mask areas that require protection during the painting process
  3. Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a prepper
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality workmanship

Salary Information:

The salary for this role is up to £18 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times.
