Job Title: Front of House Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and leading a team of Front of House staff to achieve sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, manage cash handling and maintain accurate records.
  • Train and develop Front of House staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to Front of House staff.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Management Team to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain the Front of House area, including the dining area, bar, and toilets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front of House Supervisor or similar role in the food industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Ability to train and develop Front of House staff.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
