We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Nurse Specialist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to our patients in their own homes, workplaces, or communities across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care and support to patients with complex medical conditions, including home parenteral nutrition, chemotherapy, IV antibiotics, enzyme replacement therapy, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, and beyond.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the evolving needs of our patients.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on medication management, wound care, and other relevant topics.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless medication delivery and management.
- Valid NMC PIN and current registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
- Proven experience in delivering patient care and support in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Basic IT skills and ability to use electronic patient records and other clinical systems.
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel between patients throughout the day.
