About Us: Trac Associates Limited is a leading provider of asbestos surveying services, offering a range of services to clients across the UK.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Analyst to join our team in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out asbestos analytical works, including air monitoring duties, and will have a strong background in asbestos analysis and be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package and TEAMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide asbestos surveying services to clients, undertaking management and refurbishment & demolition surveys, taking bulk samples, and providing clearly presented and well-written site notes on the tablet.
  • Proactively engage in the training and development provided by the company.
  • Support the business by working flexibly and responsively from the company's office or from client's sites as required.
  • Ensure that all asbestos-related work is carried out in accordance with company Asbestos Quality and Procedures and associated documentation.
  • Comply with our company quality procedures.
  • Provide quality services and information to clients, must have knowledge of all current Asbestos, health and safety, and CDM regulations.
  • Carry out all types of asbestos air testing and associated activities as part of a UKAS accredited organisation and in-line with company procedures.
  • Supervise asbestos removal projects and liaise on a daily basis with clients, contractors, and their representatives as well as members of the public.
  • Participate in both external and internal QC proficiency schemes.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Salary and Benefits: A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on individual experience and qualifications, plus a range of benefits including 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and leave given between Christmas and New Year, access to online discount and benefits through memberships, and excellent progression and development opportunity, with both internal and external training prospects.
