About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Equipment Engineer to join our Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment and maintaining a safe working environment.

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and serviced to optimize its performance and lifespan
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot any issues arising from equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs
- Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Assist with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
