The Role

We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for cultural marketing and a deep understanding of the London scene. As our Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for developing and deploying groundbreaking marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive adoption of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Influencer Domination: Design and execute standout influencer marketing campaigns that amplify our brand's voice and build relationships with top-tier influencers.
  • Iconic Brand Positioning: Develop compelling brand narratives that captivate our target audience and build on our positioning as the anti-establishment choice for the young and creative.
  • Epic Campaigns: Lead the charge on multi-channel marketing blitzes that flawlessly execute and hit hard.
  • Dynamo: Build, inspire, and mentor a high-octane marketing team that cultivates a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Forge alliances with key partners to amplify our brand reach and accelerate growth.

Requirements

  • Track record of cultural marketing and creating connections with taste makers in the London scene.
  • Experienced marketer with a heavy focus on growth-stage companies and a mastery of influencer marketing.
  • Ability to see the big picture and make it happen with creative and innovative strategies.
  • Strong relationships-building skills and ability to articulate a vision.
  • Intimate familiarity with cultural trends and how to harness them for marketing success.
  • Well-connected within the influencer and industry circles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
