Job Title: Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Winsearch. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance, modification, and improvement of equipment in our manufacturing facility to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake and direct the maintenance, modification, and improvement of equipment to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve changeovers.
  • Manage and order engineering spares to ensure timely replacement of parts.
  • Collaborate with the Factory Manager to develop and implement capital asset installation projects.
  • Conduct general maintenance, including building repairs, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
  • Qualified through time-served experience or a qualification to work on food production equipment.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP and 16th Edition qualification.
  • Experience with PPMs and electrical control systems.
