Consultant Physician

We are seeking a Consultant Physician to join our team in the Acute Frailty Unit, where you will play a key role in improving the health and wellbeing of our patients.

You will have significant experience in geriatric medicine, with a strong track record of clinical excellence and leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of care pathways, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care and support.

The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes. You will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with best practice and reflect the needs of our patients.
