Due to their successful growth, our client, a leading insurance recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Account Handler to join their team in London.
As a Real Estate Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day service delivery to a mixed portfolio of UK and European property owner and real estate clients. You will act as a client advocate, serving as a key contact within the account team, working with an allocation of clients varying in size from commercial to large corporate accounts.
- Address client queries promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction by managing changes in coverage and risk.
- Identify and assess risk exposures, collaborating with the team to offer informed insurance and risk management solutions.
- Coordinate global insurance programs, maintaining communication with the international network as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with insurers, lawyers, and loss adjusters to create a broad and supportive network.
Experience:
- Past involvement in Real Estate or Property insurance, acquired through work in brokering or underwriting.
- Commercially astute, demonstrating the ability to swiftly grasp commercial challenges and being motivated to provide solutions for clients.
