Account Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Handler to join our Hull team at Next Employment. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing allocated client accounts for all classes of marine hull business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day issues and renewals from cradle to grave
- Preparing market documents, including renewal statistics, MRC slips, and endorsements
- Marketing renewals and uploading to PPL
- Preparing documents for clients and their agents
- Processing premium and working with business partners to resolve issues
- Attending regular meetings at team and group level
- Representing the team in new and ongoing projects
Requirements:
- Experience in Marine Insurance and the London market
- Good working knowledge of Institute Clauses, Nordic Plan, and other international clauses
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel and Word
- Proactive and able to work independently while supporting the team
- Attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
